Pagan Online is a major upcoming hack ‘n’ slash ARPG, and it’s coming out from Early Access this August. The developers, Mad Head Games, have just announced the game as a ‘premium live-service’ experience.
With Pagan Online first releasing on Steam via Early Access, the intial asking price will be slightly higher at full launch, making the game a perfect investment opportunity for those who are looking for a dynamic and innovative APRG experience right now.
Slated for full launch on 27th of August, Wargaming promise for Pagan Online to come out with a very impressive roster of content:
- an eight-act Campaign featuring new zones and maps, and two new bosses
- two new playable characters: Elden and Hector
- various Schools of Magic
- various thematic skill-trees
- endgame content
“Since we began closed alpha testing 10 months ago, Pagan Online has been constantly evolving with the help of our players,” said the Chief Creative Officer at Mad Head Games, Uros Banješević. Pagan Online had a 4-month stint in Early Access, and has been greatly improved in that time.
Its main draw is the unique WASD-centric control scheme, which allows for more dynamic gameplay opportunities in practice. “We are committed to continue to iterate on our game. We are excited to not only end the Early Access journey, but also to begin building what comes next,” concluded Banješević.
