World War II strategy title Panzer Corps 2 now has a release date. Publisher Slitherine and developer Flashback Games have revealed that the game will launch on March 19.
Building on the groundwork laid down by the original, Panzer Corps 2 boasts a whopping 1,000 unit types for players to mix, match and use in turn-based battles.
Panzer Corps 2 Release Date
Panzer Corps 2’s single-player campaign will include 61 scenarios which see players leading the Wermacht across all of World War II. Veteran units carry over from one mission to the next, ensuring their survival being one way of boosting your army’s power.
The title will feature both co-op and multiplayer modes which include hotseat and play by e-mail modes, as well as a random generator for skirmish maps in both single-player and multiplayer.
Built using Unreal Engine 4, Panzer Corps 2 will take players through multiple locations, tasking them with braving different seasons and weather.
The game also comes with a handful of alternative history scenarios, that let you invade the U.S. with an army of Panzers. Check out Panzer Corps 2’s latest trailer below.
