What are the best hiding spots and cursed item locations in Bleasdale Farmhouse? With the latest patch of Phasmophobia, Kinetic Games has transformed Bleasdale Farmhouse from a grim Evil Dead-style cabin into a grand and inviting mid-19th-century Southern farmhouse for ghost hunters to explore.
With this overhaul comes an entirely new floor plan with plenty of new rooms to explore, meaning more places to get lost, panic, and question your choice in occupation. Along with this, you’ll also face the time-old challenge: figuring out where to go if you’re feeling brave enough to start a ghost hunt… or where to frantically scramble when you realize you really, really shouldn’t have.

Phasmophobia Bleasdale Farmhouse Hiding Spots
Bleasdale Farmhouse has nine hiding spots, but depending on your difficulty level, some might be blocked or just not there, so your luck (and mileage) during hunts may vary. Please take a moment to check what’s available before you actually need it!
Foyer:
Location: Closet under stairs.
The first hiding spot is located just as you enter the farmhouse. You’ll find a door beneath the stairs in the front right of the foyer. If no boxes are haphazardly stacked here, you can slip inside and close the door to hide from ghosts - or scare teammates.
Utility Room:
Location: Boxes in the Utility Room.
The next hiding spot is deeper inside the house, in the utility room. From the foyer, take a right into the tea room and continue until you reach the only drab-looking room. If there are cardboard boxes around some shelves—usually near the fuse box—you can hide behind them.
Side Path:
Location: Shed on the side path (outside).
If you head outside to the west side of the house (relative to the foyer), you’ll find an inconspicuous shed that, conveniently, isn’t locked and makes a nice hidey-hole—if some tools aren’t already in there.
Hallway - Upstairs:
Location: Chair at the end.
Carrying on the tradition from the ‘old’ Bleasdale map, there is an auspiciously placed armchair at the end of the upstairs hallway that ghost hunters can hide behind.
Master Bedroom:
Location: As you enter the bedroom on the left.
In the roomiest of rooms, there are some human-sized wardrobes that you and one other person can hide in. Be careful, as the ghost can open these!
Master Bedroom:
Location: At the back of the study by the desk.
There is a spacious closet in the back of the study, to the left of where you can find the Monkey Paw (ooh spoilers for later)
Attic:
Location: Behind the bookshelf.
Between the Study and the Bathroom across the Trophy Room, are some stairs leading into the attic. As you enter the attic proper, look to the right for a bookshelf. If it’s positioned at an angle, there should be just enough space for you to slip behind it in a pinch.
Location: Look for the hat rack, there is a closet next to it.
Last but not least, the final hiding spot can also be be found in the attic, this one at the back. Continue through the bead door and on the left as you enter is a closet just big enough to hide inside. Observe: The visible breath in the picture.
Cursed Possesions
If you intend to use these, remember it’s good manners to (at least) try to warn your team first. This list is ordered based on the floor on which it can be found.
Oujia Board:
Location: On the side of the couch.
Going straight ahead from the foyer leads to the living room. On the side of the furthest couch is an Oujia board.
Music Box:
Location: On the shelf with the good china.
Take a right from the foyer to the dining room. There is a shelf with lots of plates, cups, and saucers. At the bottom shelf, there might be a Music Box.
Summoning Circle:
Location: Between all the shelves.
Carrying on to the right from the Dining Room leads into the utility room. Sometimes, a summoning circle is on the ground by the bin.
Voodoo Doll:
Location: End of the bed on the rest.
Head upstairs. The first room on the right is the master bedroom. Rather strangely, at the end of the bed is a voodoo doll—we probably won’t judge.
Cursed Mirror:
Location: Leant up against an empty display.
To the right of the Master Bedroom is an open room (no doors). This is the trophy room. Near the back of the room, a mirror can spawn.
Monkey Paw:
Location: On the corner shelf in the back.
As you enter the study, there’s a corner shelf in the back right where you can sometimes find a Monkey Paw. (See, already spoiled that for you.)
Tarot Cards:
Location: On the desk.
The last of the Cursed Possessions is a deck of Tarot Cards in the back bedroom, tucked away in the attic. You may find a full deck among other occult items and scattered cards.
