Rage 2 Ark-Tek Shotgun
Good news is that you get the Ark-Tek Shotgun as part of your normal storyline hijinks, so there's no need for you to go out of your way to some remote portion of the map to get it. Instead, you're going to get the Rage 2 Shotgun as soon as you kickstart the Blackout questline by speaking to John Marshall, who is a returning character from the previous Rage title.
To reach the Ark-Tek Shotgun, you better be prepared for combat, because the quest is going to take you on a wild ride through a downtrodden Ark that's since been infested by mutant wildlife.
Marshall can be found in the town of Gunbarrel, as shown above, and completing the Blackout quest will have you running around with a shotgun that can fire push-back multi-shot rounds, as well as become an extremely damaging Overdrive firearm. What's not to like?
