Update, 13th of May: Ubisoft has revealed the very first screenshot of both the upcoming Rainbow Six Siege Danish and Secret Service operators, though the picture itself isn't particularly informative. In fact, it tells us just about nothing about the Operatives themselves, but it's hard to deny that it's pretty damn neat.
With more information on these new Operators likely dropping this Friday, Siege fans are ready to get hyped up over the next Season of content for this long-standing multiplayer shooter. Stay tuned for more as it gets revealed!
Original text: Rainbow Six Siege is now in its fourth year of existence, and seemingly has no trouble with sticking to its well-established niche at this point. Next major content release will be the inevitable Season 2 of 2019, and with it, come new Operators.
Rainbow Six Siege Danish Operator is announced to be coming out with the release of Siege Season 2, alongside an American Secret Service agent.
Originally announced in February, Season 2 of Rainbow Six Siege's Year Four is going to introduce two new prominent Operators to the mix. The member of the Danish CTU will have a knack for blending with the environments and is apparently an expert in covert operations. Not many details are available on the Secret Service agent, but we'll keep you posted on that.
There's been no word yet on when, exactly, might Season 2 be coming out, short of the fact that it is definitely set to release sometime in 2019. Alongside the two new Operators, it will bring with it a rework for the Kafe Dostoyevsky map, but other details are fairly scarce.
For the time being, watch the incredible 'The Hammer and the Scalpel' CGI short which first hinted at the upcoming Danish Operative.
