Red Dead Redemption 2 puts you in the shoes of an outlaw and a hunter, which makes having access to Stasis powers quite helpful when people and animals inevitably try to run away.
While Arthur Morgan doesn’t come with those powers by default, a Stasis Mod can provide them to Red Dead Redemption 2’s protagonist, making him an even bigger force to be feared.

With hcl20061218’s Red Dead Redemption 2 Stasis Mod, you’ll be able to stop both people and animals dead in their tracks at the press of one button. Better yet, your honor rank won’t be affected and you’ll also avoid getting a bounty on your head.
You’ll ideally want to aim at them using a gun, for increased precision, however, the Stasis mod does provide a targeting box of its own if you just don’t feel like reaching for a weapon to aim with.
“Vehicles” like horses and wagons or carriages aren’t immune to the Stasis Mod either. However, instead of being completely immobilized, their speed is drastically lowered.
Once trapped in stasis, you can choose between pulling the target toward you, pushing it away or killing it on the spot.
Already an excellent tool for hunting in Red Dead Redemption 2, the Stasis Mod also guarantees perfect pelts from animals as long as you don’t use traditional, damaging means of permanently slowing them down.
