Resident Evil Village is one of the most anticipated games of 2021 and, with just a couple of days separating players from its horrors, many are wondering about its exact release time. Although its launch comes close to the weekend, the more impatient fans will want to jump in as soon as possible.

There’s no official word on Resident Evil Village’s release time just yet. We know it’s coming out on May 7, but can only speculate on when during the day we’ll actually get to play it.
A good chunk of the games releasing on Steam do so in the evening at 6 PM BST. This makes it very likely that players will first get access to the full game at some point early in the evening.
Publisher and developer Capcom may reveal Resident Evil Village’s release time closer to launch, and we’ll update this article as soon as we know more. In the meantime, here’s how long it took us to beat the game.
