Risk of Rain 2's Shrine of Order is another in a long line of interactive items and altars that award you this or that bonus in ROR2, depending on various things. This one, though, is one of the most curious ones you'll ever find.
Risk of Rain 2 Shrine of Order has a unique effect, in that after interacting with it, the thing reshuffles your entire inventory, randomising all of the items you've found and equipped as part of that particular run. Shrine of Order Location
The screenshot above depicts a Shrine of Order and its unique, perfectly symmetrical outline. The Shrine itself should stand out from the environment in most cases due to its gray, concrete-like texture, though finding one may be problematic in snow levels.
As is the case with virtually everything in Risk of Rain 2, you're going to have to rely entirely on RNG and RNG only when it comes to finding a Shrine of Order, and even if you do come across one, it's going to be RNG bonanza if you opt into interacting with it. Good luck!
