Rust is known as one of the most ruthless survival games out there, but that doesn’t mean that one can’t take some time to dress in style or customize the looks of their weapons. Twitch Drops are one source of skins that enable you to stand out among your peers and, while that may not always be the best choice tactically, looking cool is an easy way to make sure that your victims remember you.
Rust Twitch Drops aren’t enabled by default, but the process is, thankfully, not very difficult. Similarly, earning the rewards is considerably easier than protecting your base against foes. Read on below to learn more.
Rust Twitch Drops
Enabling Rust Twitch Drops requires you to link your Twitch account to the Steam account to which your copy of the game is tied. Developer Facepunch Studios has a dedicated website that lets you rather easily become eligible to earn additional items.
Once they’re enabled, you’ll simply need to tune in to specific streamers during certain periods of time. In the past, watching different streamers gave you a shot at earning different Rust Twitch Drops.
It’s worth noting that they’re usually only available for a limited time. The next batch goes live on July 5. The developer usually reveals them ahead of time and we’ll also update this article with any new ones that become available in the future.
Rust is now available on PC, Xbox One, and PS4.
