As far as September’s indie games go, Sable has glided unto people’s radar thanks to its striking aesthetic and relaxed adventure that sees the protagonist crossing the dunes atop her trusty bike. It’s also partly why some of us are wondering about whether or not it might be coming to Xbox Game Pass or its PC counterpart in 2021.
Having Sable on Xbox Game Pass would expand the indie offering available on Microsoft’s subscription service, while providing easier access to what could be one of the more unique titles of the year.
If you’ve made the jump away from traditional purchases, good news awaits. Sable will be available on Xbox Game Pass and its PC counterpart on day one. If you’ve been enjoying other games on the service, you’ll get to ride across Midden right away.
Sable’s Xbox Game Pass launch occurs on September 23 and coincides with that of a handful of other games, including Subnautica: Below Zero.
As you travel across Midden, you not only get to help other nomads, in what sounds like a journey towards self-discovery, but also uncover remnants of past civilizations that once called the land their home.
