Sea of Thieves Season 7 Content and Details
Rare initially announced that Sea of Thieves Season 7’s will introduce “new ways to play & progress.” In June 2022, it gave us the first look at what’s coming, confirming that the long-awaited captaincy feature is finally on the way.
Players will be able to become captain, purchase, name, and customize their ships and the cabin in which they reside. Both captains and their crew earn rewards, but the former supposedly have access to special voyages.
You’ll also be able to chronicle your journey in your captain’s log but also “choose your path” unlocking different playstyles.
Just like Season 6 before it, it could also push the game’s story forward in three new adventures as well as ongoing mysteries. Monthly Emporium content will keep coming, while a new Plunder Pass will ensure you can hack away at a new set of 100 Renown levels, earning rewards in the process.
