Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is considerably different from From Software's previous offerings, which were mostly Dark Souls and Bloodborne titles. One of the aspects of gameplay that works differently, for example, is looting.
Sekiro Looting is essentially a simple task (as it should be), but given it being markedly different from those of the developers' previous releases, it's not odd that some might have some trouble figuring it out at first.
How to Loot and Pick up Money in Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice?</h2>
In case you've noticed the protagonist doing a weird whirlwind thing whenever you press the interact button - which is 'E' by default - it's because he can basically hoover up whatever useful stuff is nearby. To do so, however, you're going to need to hold the interact button until you get everything there is to get nearby.
The vacuum functionality has got a considerable range, too, but you need to keep in mind that there's really not that much in the way of loot in Sekiro. There are no additional weapons or armour pieces to collect, so all the loot you'll be collecting will amount to money and Sen.
We've got more stuff on Sekiro to go through, mind. For example, you can learn how to cure Dragonrot, which is sure to give you trouble as you progress further into Sekiro. Alternatively, activating Unseen Aid might also be problematic.
