Session Skateboarding is, hands-down, the best skateboarding game we’ve seen in the past decade or so, but its tutorial may seem overbearing to some. Good thing we’ve found a way how to skip tutorial completely.
This has only been made possible by one player sharing their savegame with the rest of us, mind, so kudos to Sp3ctA on Steam. You’ll find out exactly what you need to do to skip tutorial below.
How to Skip Tutorial in Session Skateboarding
First things first, you’re going to have to download the savegame that Sp3ctA has graciously shared with us. There, they’ve completed the game’s tutorial section but didn’t progress any further, which means you can practically start from the very beginning of the game. In practice, this is exactly how skipping the tutorial would work. When you’ve got the files, you’ll just have to copy the save to your Session savegame folder, overwrite stuff, and you’ll be good to go. Here are the exact steps:
- Download Sp3ctA's savegame via Google Drive
- Open C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\SessionGame\Saved\SaveGames in Windows Explorer
- Unpack the downloaded savegame and copy it into the game's savegame folder
- Overwrite if necessary
That’s all there is to it. Note that you may have to enable the ‘show hidden folders’ option in Windows Explorer, because otherwise the file and the folders might not appear for you.
