Yes, Smite 2 will support crossplay, allowing you to team up with friends across different platforms when Hi-Rez Studios starts the Closed Alpha Test on August 27.
Smite 2 will be free-to-play upon its official release, but access to the alpha requires purchasing one of the three Founder’s Editions.
Does Smite 2 support Crossplay on all platforms?
Don’t be afraid of being excluded, Smite 2 players can join each other on the Xbox Series X/S, PC, and PlayStation 5 using crossplay. It’s supported on all platforms.
Smite 2 was developed using Unreal Engine 5, which means Titan Forge has to rework or recreate any content they wish to carry over from the original game. Although players cannot directly transfer content to the sequel, all content from Season 11 onwards will be available in Smite 2.
Cross-progression lets players seamlessly transfer all their content and progress from PC to console. This allows you to continue leveling up your character to the max from the comfort of your couch.
Are you ready for Smite 2’s launch on the 27th of August?
