Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is all but officially confirmed for release come late 2019, and we've already written much about what we'd like the game to be.
The latest prepared remarks from EA have gone on record mentioning that not only have Electronic Arts got multiple new projects underway across numerous development studios, but that Respawn Entertainment specifically have games that will be getting released by the next holiday season.
Respawn Entertainment's previous projects include some titles with very accomplished first-person storylines, and with Titanfall 2, they've shown that they are still more than capable of pulling off something truly great without resorting to multiplayer-only experiences.
This might not mean much for Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, of course, but we're thinking it might, and we've been long overdue a solid single-player Jedi-focused Star Wars title. Who better to provide one for us, other than one of EA's most capable developers?
Respawn Entertainment have currently also got a VR-related Star Wars project in production, though that's not been mentioned much as of late. Stay tuned for more info on Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order as we catch word of it!
