Sonic Team Racing is the upcoming racing title in everyone's favourite Extra-Fast Blue Spiky Mouse franchise, and developers have recently uncovered some details about one of its featured tracks - the Whale Lagoon.
Team Sonic Racing map list hasn't been completely revealed yet, but the Whale Lagoon is a rather obvious hint at this particular track's theme. Alongside some information about this level, we've got a sample of Team Sonic Racing Music as well!
"Sonic and friends will head to the shore for a race through a vibrant underwater landscape full of mysterious marine creatures," says the press release, though aside from the picture featured at the top of this article, not much else is known.
The soundtrack for Whale Lagoon is going to be composed by none other than Jun Senoue, the iconic Sonic franchise composer, and it does seem to us like the man knows what he's doing!
Team Sonic Racing won't be out for a while yet, and is planned to release on 21st of May, 2019 - in just about five months. In the meantime, be sure to listen to the Team Sonic Racing Whale Lagoon theme song below!
