Bethesda is ready to announce The Elder Scrolls Online’s “next exciting adventure” next week. If you’re one of the people spending their free time adventuring in Tamriel, you may want to tune in next Tuesday, January 15 at 10:00PM GMT to Bethesda’s Twitch channel.
It’s there where ESO Creative Director Rich Lambert will reveal what 2019 has in store for the MMORPG from the Twitch studio in San Francisco.
Watching the stream has the potential to earn ESO players a handful of rewards on top of the regular Twitch Drops. Upon reaching 55000 concurrent viewers, a wallpaper based on the next The Elder Scrolls Online expansion will be made available to everyone. 70000 concurrent viewers will earn everyone, regardless of platform, a Hot Pepper Bantam Guar pet, while if 90000 concurrent viewers are reached, Rich Lambert will commit to getting an ESO tattoo somewhere on his body.
The announcement stream will be prefaced by a show on Bethesda’s Twitch channel, for which we don’t have details at the moment. Aterwards “special community guests” will join Rich Lambert and ESO Community Managers Jessica Folsom and Gina Bruno to discuss the announcements.
Two days ago we reported that dataminers discovered the location of the next The Elders Scrolls Online expansion to be Elsweyr, home of the Khajiit. Given how the post announcing the stream begins with “The cat’s out of the bag!”, it’s looking even more likely that Elsweyr will be officially confirmed next week.
