The Sims 4 tackles some serious issues in the June 4th release of Eco Lifestyle - do you get a job or go dumpster diving and upcycle what you need? The Eco Lifestyle expansion focuses on transforming the world around you through one small change at a time, with each action affecting your surroundings.
Each week, gather your community together and vote on Neighbourhood Action Plans to encourage recycling, volunteering, and more. Build wind turbines and gardening projects, and watch Evergreen Harbor transform into a beacon of environmental responsibility. Or will you go the other way and block those decisions?
The Sims 4 Eco Lifestyle Released
Featuring over 160 new build items and nearly as many new looks for your Sims, Eco Lifestyle lets you turn your world into a hippie paradise, and when combined with the Tiny Living Stuff Pack, you really can live on a shoestring budget inside a shoebox if that’s your jam.
The release was also preceded by a massive base game patch that brought in many new features such as the free placement of doors and windows, ladders, off-grid updates, and a comprehensive breakdown of your Sim bills. You can read the full patch notes for 1.63.133.1020 over at EA, but be prepared to get a sore scrolling finger.
The expansion is available now for £34.99 over on the Origin Store.
