The Texas Chainsaw Massacre developer Sumo Digital has launched a trilogy of DLC that brings in some funky new outfits to the game, along with a new patch and Double XP Week.
The latest patch for The Texas Chainsaw Massacre features three pieces of downloadable content: the Sonny Outfit Pack 3, the Sunday Best Outfit Pack, and the Denim Outfit Pack.
The latter two packs are available in the Content Pass, or sold separately for $4.99 each. Overall, each pack has some nice outfits you can deck your characters out for alternative looks. Don’t be expecting any major gameplay changes or new characters here though, as the items included are all purely cosmetic.
The patch drops during The Texas Chainsaw Massacre’s latest Double XP week, in which players will be able to jump on and enjoy an extra boost to their progression.
Meanwhile, the patch also features a variety of improvements and balance changes to the game. Some notable changes include a blast damage radius increase for Bones’ Gore Bombs and changes to how interactions are prioritised in the environment.
There’s also a large number of bug and crash fixes, which should come to the delight of anyone having issues with the game’s technical issues as of late.
For a full list of changes included with the update, read the patch notes here. It’s now available to download on PC, PlayStation and Xbox.
