While the Golden Toilet DLC is completely free and available for everyone, it’s not on the game’s Steam page, and it’s not a pre-order exclusive or anything. So how do you get the Two Point Hospital Golden Toilet DLC? Let us show you how to do it!
Two Point Hospital Golden Toilet - Where Is The Free Golden Toilet DLC?
Two Point Studios previously told us that Two Point Hospital would not be getting any microtransactions, only sizeable expansions as DLC, and the team have released several since its launch in 2018. However, there is one piece of small DLC in the form of the Golden Toilet that you won’t find on Steam, but fortunately, it’s free and easy to get hold of.
If you visit the game’s Steam page you’ll immediately notice that there is nowhere to add DLC, free or otherwise. This is because the Golden Toilet is only available one way: by signing up to the Two Point Hospital Pass.
Simply visit the game’s website and scroll down to the big ‘Register Now’ button. Yes, you have to sign up for their newsletter, but the developer does give prompt announcements of news and live streams, as well as other special promotions. Whether you buy the game immediately or just wait for a sale later, you’ll get the special Golden Toilet DLC, which is exclusive to this offer.
- Step 1: Head over to community.twopointcounty.com and select “Register”
- Step 2: Create an official Two Point County account (Remember to verify your account by clicking the link in your email account)
- Step 3: Boot Two Point Campus on your chosen platform and click “Login” on the bottom right of the Main Menu
- Step 4: Enter your login details and click “Login”
- Step 5: PROFIT! Enjoy your Golden Toilet!
Make sure you also sign in to Steam on their website, and as soon as you’ve done that the Golden Toilet will be immediately added to your Steam account.
Then there’s just the matter of gettings it in-game. Build some Toilets, and now if you scroll down that room’s items you’ll see the Golden Toilet. But it’s not yet unlocked! It’ll cost you 40 Kudosh (the game’s ‘XP’ currency) to unlock, and then a whopping $2000 to place one. The upside is, well, it looks nice… and it reduces toilet needs.
