Publisher Sega and developer Two Point Studios today unveiled Two Point Hospital: Speedy Recovery as the latest DLC for their management sim. Having its release date slated for mid-March, its main attraction is a new game mode that tasks players with dispatching a fleet of ambulances across Two Point County, responding to emergencies, and delivering patients to hospitals where their ailments can be cured.
Two Point Hospital: Speedy Recovery launches with several ambulance types, each with its own strengths. While the Pantomobile can easily transport large groups of patients, the Airloovator doesn’t have to stick to the county’s roads as it moves towards its destination.
If you were craving some additional competition, Speedy Recovery also sees you competing against rival hospitals that have their own fleets of ambulances.
In addition, the DLC also introduces 3 new locations as well as three new treatment rooms and new curing machines. The latter come in handy when dealing with the 19 new illnesses, which include names such as Under the Weather, Hive Mind, and Snow Problem.
You’ll also get to decorate your hospitals with a batch of new items, like the Ambulance Racetrack, Rainbow Arches, and Duck Bi.
The trailer below gives you a better sense of what to expect from Two Point Hospital: Speedy Recovery when it launches on March 15 on PC, via both Steam and the Microsoft Store.
As it continues to release DLC for its 2018 title, the developer is also gearing up for the launch of its next game, Two Point Campus, which is slated to occur in a bit over two months.
