Total War: Warhammer 2's upcoming expansion, titled Curse of the Vampire Coast, is slated to come out this November, and given its uniquely coastal setting, it is only a given that we are excited to see what sort of units we are expected to employ.
Creative Assembly's latest developer blog post tackles exactly this! It provides a short and succinct overview of the new commanders and units that will be making their way to Total War: Warhammer 2 with the release of Curse of the Vampire Coast, and it's looking really good so far.
There are 4 new Commanders to be found in Curse of the Vampire Coast: the bloodsucker Luthor Harkon, the literal walking shipwreck Count Noctilus, pirate captain Aranessa Saltspite, and Madame Cylostra, leader of the Drowned. Each of these Commanders will fulfil a particular niche, with various specialisations to differentiate them from one another.
The blog post also references the roster of regular units we'll be given access to, including but not limited to gigantic crab monstrosities, various horrific undead, huge bats, sirens, and a reference to a positively humongous Merwyrm.
You will also be happy to hear that you can get Curse of the Vampire Coast at a 25% off via Voidu. However, Game Watcher has got a special deal which can help drop the price down even further, so be sure to make use of that, too, before the 8th of November, when this expansion will come out.
