Publisher and developer Fatshark has revealed, during today’s Warhammer Skulls Showcase, Sister of the Thorn as Warhammer: Vermintide 2’s next upcoming career DLC.
As you can probably tell from the title, Warhammer: Vermintide 2 - Sister of the Thorn gives Kerillian powers similar to those of Ariel’s handmaidens, infusing her playstyle with more magic. Like with previous careers, players can expect a “new skin, talents, new unique spells and much more.”
In the trailer that announced the DLC, Kerillian is able to impale targets at range using her spear, but also stop them in their tracks and use magic projectiles to take them out.
In the base game, she is known for her ranged playstyle and skill with a bow, so it’ll be interesting to see how her becoming a Sister of the Thorn changes things.
Warhammer: Vermintide 2 - Sister of the Thorn is now available on PC and headed to Xbox One and PS4 on June 30.
