World of Warcraft: Classic’s Season of Discovery Phase 8’s release date has arrived, introducing the Scarlet Enclave raid alongside a host of new outdoor content for us to dive into while exploring the Eastern Plaguelands.
This content update goes beyond what vanilla WoW had to offer, since its areas, quests, and raids were the focus of prior phases. Between its start and end dates, it revolves around new activities that, nonetheless, make us interact with a familiar foe.

From the dread-filled halls of Naxxramas, we get to put on a very believable disguise and infiltrate the town of New Avalon within the Scarlet Enclave.
While interacting with the people there, who would normally be all too eager to attack us, we can learn new recipes, earn new rewards, and pet Pupper, the goodest of boys.
Warriors, Hunters, and Paladins can complete a special questline to restore the legendary sword Ashbringer in WoW: Classic Season of Discovery’s Phase 8, obtaining it for themselves.
Last but not least, The Scarlet Enclave pits us against no less than eight bosses. Defeating them allows us to claim new eight-piece armor sets for our chosen class.
