Publisher and developer Rebellion has released a 6-minute video detailing its upcoming co-op shooter Zombie Army 4: Dead War.
The Zombie Army 4: Dead War 101 trailer gives a better look at the different types of zombies, the arsenal available to players and the game’s upgrades and perk system.

As any self-respecting army of the undead, Hitler’s is anything but lacking in numbers. While Zombie Army 4: Dead War features the usual shambling cannon fodder, the 101 trailer reveals that players will also go up against elite zombies that are more than capable of holding their own.
Whether you’re playing solo or in co-op, you’ll eventually face strong zombies wielding flamethrowers, chainsaws and heavy machine guns. Oh, and they’ll also be joined by zombified armored cars, tanks and even massive undead sharks.
To counter Zombie Army 4: Dead War’s hordes, players will have access to a primary rifle that lets them deal with the undead from a distance – testicle-busting slow-mo X-ray shots included –, while their secondary shotgun or machine gun act as solutions for when zombies get close.
The pistol trades power for precision, and each weapon class has its own special ability that lets players tear through the invading hellspawn.
Zombie Army 4: Dead War’s 101 trailer also focuses on how the environment can be turned into a weapon against the undead. Players can use decoys rigged to explode, electrified floors and more to their advantage.
Zombie Army 4: Dead War’s progression system features 100 ranks, each with its own unlocks that better your character. Perks can make you resist and deal more damage, but can also grant new skills.
Weapon upgrade tokens let you improve your arsenal by unlocking the likes of elemental bullets, increased magazine sizes and lifesteal.
