We played an hour of beta gameplay from Mech tactics title BattleTech!
Baja: Edge of Control HD is the remastered version of the 2008 racer that only came out for Xbox 360 and PS3, boasting improved, crisper, dustier visuals. 1000 miles of tough terrain to blast through, including mountains, mud, and canyons, in over 160 vehicles in eight classes, including Trophy Trucks, 4x4s and buggies, all of which are upgradeable.
Realistic vehicle physics that respond to every bump or occasional crash (more than occasional if I'm driving), 100 tracks with up to four hour races (we ain't doing that!) or just go off-road in free-roam to find hidden paths, jumps, and pirate treasure. Okay, maybe not pirate treasure. To top it off, the HD version boasts improved controls, user interface, and a gentler start for people who don't even own cars (like me).
