This Astrox Imperium mod adds the Blade, a Battle Frigate designed to provide Carriers and low-end Cruisers with decent protection against any strike craft that manage to punch through frontline forces. Its 6 active hardpoints are positioned around the fore of the ship, offering a wide area of coverage, and 5 passive hardpoints allow for a decent number of configurations.
This Astrox Imperium mod includes modified versions of ships from the base game extended to higher tiers, such as the EF-4 and EF-5 excavation (mining) frigates which add to the EF-1 through EF-3 line of Borecraft mining frigates.
