Retro-style twin stick shooter Circuit Breakers hits Steam on November 17

Indie developer Excalibur Publishing has announced that their retro-styled top-down twin stick shooter Circuit Breakers will be arriving on Steam on 17th November, 2015. The studio calls it "a trip back to 1980’s arcade style glory" with "a massive array of interesting weapons and a horde of killer robots."
