The 2013 Deadpool Video Game Will No Longer Be Available To Buy After Nov. 16
This week could be your last chance to buy a copy of Deadpool. The movie is doing just fine, but the video game will soon disappear from online marketplaces and retail stores.
Deadpool game available on Steam again after disappearing for over a year
Probably due to the fact that footage from the upcoming movie is leaking all over the place, High Moon Studios' Deadpool game is now available again on Steam. It disappeared in January last year, along with several other Marvel titles from publisher Activision. Activision never revealed why Deadpool, Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions, X-Men Origins: Wolverine and the terrible X-Men: Destiny were pulled, but big companies like Marvel are constantly embroiled in issues over copyright and licensing.
The Last of Us leads UK chart for third week, Minecraft for Xbox 360 debuts 2nd
Naughty Dog's The Last of Us remains first among the UK all format chart, despite sales being 35% down. Debuting 2nd was Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition from 4J Studios and Microsoft. The Sims 3: Island Paradise entered 5th, with High Moon's Deadpool 6th. Relic Entertainment's Company of Heroes 2 busted the Eastern Front in retailing 10th.
Sony offers credit to gamers for overcharging for Deadpool: The Game
Deadpool: The Game was a day one digital purchase on the North American PlayStation Network for the PlayStation 3, but Sony accidentally listed the game at $59.99 instead of $49.99.
