Uncharted is all the focus of developer Naughty Dog right now, however the volume of fans for more Jak and Daxter is big. They ”definitely hear a lot” for more of the duo.
Arne Meyer of Naughty Dog says they’d love to do it ”at some point” but right now they’re ”focused on working through” Uncharted. Jak and Daxter: The Lost Frontier hits PSP soon.
High Impact Games is developing the PSP Jak and Daxter game coming later in ‘09. Anyone who’s a Jak and Daxter fan of course yearns for a PlayStation 3 outing…
”Well we would like to be able to work on it,” Meyer told EGTV.
”We definitely hear a lot from our Jak and even Crash fans from a long time ago, um, and we really hear those things and you know we’d love to be able to be working on a new Jak for them at some point so, that might be in the cards but right now we’re really sort of focused on working through” Uncharted, he said. Uncharted 2: Among Thieves exclusively releases on PS3 this October 13th in the US.
