Speaking with GameTrailers TV, id’s CEO Todd Hollenshead has said the open-world post apocalyptic shooter Rage won’t be headlining this year.
At first it was unsure if Hollenshead said it ‘will’ or ‘won’t’ be this year but GameTrailer’s Geoff Keighley has confirmed it will not arrive in ‘09. The studio won’t give a clear estimate.
Last year id’s Tim Willits simply said it will release ”when it’s fun and when it’s done,” period. Click here to watch the GameTrailers TV episode.
Rage is being developed for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
