Hideo Kojima’s new game, the one’s he’s been working on since MGS4, is to be spilled in the next issue of PSW magazine on June 18th.
Their teaser for the next issue shows a silhouette which bears a tremendous resemblance to Lords of Shadow’s burly man, the game in development by Jericho dev, Mercury Steam.
”Konami has been busy hinting at what the Metal Gear Solid 4 developer will do next. Well we know. And all will be revealed next issue!” tease PSW.
Lords of Shadow is Konami’s new Xbox 360 and PS3 action-adventure title, described as a ”dark fairy tale” with lots of combat action and puzzle solving.
Kojima-san has been making a lot of noise over recent years on collaborating with a Western developer, so could this be it? Of course this isn’t a Kojima Productions project so a reveal from them would be rather weird.
Perhaps this is a smoke and mirrors stunt to throw us of the trail? We’ll have to wait and see.
