Zombie ”can’t imagine” you have ever played a game quite like this, and Channel 4 has ”been awesome” by letting the studio do their thing.
”Privates is a totally crazy concept. It’s very exciting to finally be able to reveal what we’re up to,” said Dan Marshall, Zombie Cow Studios founder.
“We’re exploring some pretty unique gaming environments and themes… I can honestly say I can’t imagine you’ve ever played anything quite like it.”
”Channel 4 have been awesome in giving us a load of money and then keeping pretty quiet no matter how filthy and objectionable the content became. It’s gone really well.”
So how ‘objectionable’ is Privates? Well we play as hardened marines with condom hats as helmets - oh dear the puns have started - and we must infiltrate the nether regions (back and front) to blast away those evil germs and infections.
It’ll have five whole levels filled with action ”across a variety of gorgeous 3D locations, with a fully-voiced comedy script and a nutso soundtrack,” say Zombie. Privates is being developed for PC and Xbox Live as a download only title.
