Microsoft has announced an ‘Xbox Live Family Pack’ that will launch in November. It offers 4 Gold Live subscriptions for the price of just 2 at $99.
A dashboard hub known as ‘Family Center’ will also launch for easier access to family settings and billing. Exclusive ”content and discounts”.
The Family Pack account will control the billing options and Microsoft Points can be purchased and then rolled out to specific attached members of the family. Microsoft also promise ”exclusive family content and discounts”, but gave no details.
It has been confirmed to Eurogamer that this scheme is £69.99 in the UK and €89.99 in mainland Europe. The giant is obviously making a play for more Kinect sales.
