THQ Digital Warrington’s top-down twin-stick shooter Warhammer 40,000: Kill Team will finally hit PlayStation Network on August 10, and will cost £6.29/€7.99.
The game was developed as a prelude to Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine, much like Red Faction: Battlegrounds, created by the same developer, was intended to be an appetizer for Red Faction: Armageddon. In fact, finishing the game’s first mission unlocks a Power Sword for use in Space Marine’s multiplayer.
Unfortunately, the game has had a lukewarm reception from critics and fans, and THQ recently closed Digital Warrington down for good.
