The Sims Medieval: Pirates and Nobles introduces a new pair of neighboring countries, the Pirates of Aarbyville and the Nobles of Tredony. Members of both kingdoms visit your land, and from there, the fun begins, as nobles and pirates make your life interesting, especially when war breaks out between the two, leaving you and your kingdom in the center of the mess.
Not only do new heroic missions and quests come into play - such as discovering the Fountain of Youth, but players can now engage in a new Treasure Hunting challenge, which adds such items as maps, shovels, rare treasures and new dangers, while challenging players to find hidden objects and search for desirable rewards that will benefit their Hero Sims. Players may now train pet birds, which is especially useful for future pirates.
“This first adventure pack to The Sims Medieval gives players more freedom to play as they want, which is the earmark of the Sims brand,” said Scott Evans, General Manager of The Sims Studio. “For our players that want more guided gameplay, they will find new quests and one new Kingdom Ambition, and for those who prefer the sandbox world of The Sims, they will find more time to explore life in the Middle Ages.”
Developed by The Sims Studio, The Sims Medieval: Pirates and Nobles for PC/Mac will hit shelves in August 2011. Check out the official site here.
