Switzerland now plays home to Ubisoft Zurich which will develop free-to-play titles for PC and tablet devices, according to the online CV of the studio’s head.
Yann Le Tensorer leads the new studio and the first project remains unannounced. It’s a small international team they’ve got going over in Zurich.
It was supererogatory that spotted the new Ubisoft start-up. Yann Le Tensorer LinkedIn profile reveals he was a consultant for 3 years but will now run Ubisoft’s free-to-play workshop in Switzerland. Speaking French and English are a must with German ‘a bonus’.
”Located in Thalwil on the beautiful Lake of Zürich, we are looking for the best talents in Free-To-Play PC online games creation. We offer a fun, creative and dynamic “startup-like” working environment within a small-sized and international team,” read a job ad.
The world could always make do with more free-to-play games, right?
