Former Codemasters developer Tim Browne has revealed on his Twitter feed that he will be working on Assassin’s Creed III’s online multiplayer. Browne’s Twitter account now describes him as the ”Lead Game Designer on Assassin’s Creed 3 Multiplayer @Ubisoft”.
Browne had previously worked on two Operation Flashpoint titles: Red River and Dragon Rising. OpFlash is best known for being a hardcore militaristic shooter, which is hardly a similar genre to Assassin’s Creed.
It was revealed back on the 6th March that Assassin’s Creed III would feature four player online co-op multiplayer.
