The Ultimate edition of PixelJunk Monsters will be landing on Steam on the 26th August. The original Ultimate Edition was released on PlayStation Network for the Vita.
The acclaimed tower defense game features a Steam Big Picture Mode, making it playable with a controller, and includes single player, as well as local and online co-op with leaderboards. There are also 20 new Steam achievements, making for a grand total of 52. As with Steam titles these days, there are also Steam Trading Cards and badges.
PixelJunk Monsters Ultimate runs $19.99, but is discounted to $16.99 for preorders.
