Polish developer Black Eye has announced that their Mount & Blade-inspired MMO Gloria Victis is now undergoing pre-alpha beta testing for VIP members who received a key for their Kickstarter investment.
The developer noted in its official site, ”Today is the day that people who have VIP accounts on our forum have been granted the access to our first test gameplay. Due to Gloria Victis being a game made by gamers for gamers, such people have this unusual opportunity to take an active part in creating and developing the project. We hope that the few of us can make a game that millions will find entertaining. For more information – visit our forum, and for now all we have left to do is to announce Testing Season opened!”
The MMO is a PvP-centric action-MMO with four culturally-distinct nations, based on real medieval countries of the past. It features “target-less” combat, meaning players must aim manually, unlike most “auto-target” MMOs. In addition, Gloria Victis has no class system; players just accumulate different skills to their liking.
