A new teaser site has been posted by ZeniMax (according to web domain registry) called TheSurvivor2299.com, which features a countdown and a Morse code. News sites and gamers are speculating that the site is teasing Fallout 4.
However, there are some hints that the site may be a hoax as well. ZeniMax typically uses Corporate Domains Inc, as its webhoster; TheSurvivor2299 was registered with GoDaddy.com. ZeniMax also uses its own DNS servers (ns1.zenimax.com) while TheSurvior2299 uses a separate, self-branded server: ns1.thesurvivor2299.com.
Finally, the WHOIS for TheSurvivor2299 lacks any of ZeniMax’s known domains.
Fallout 4, a different Bethesda game, a game by someone completely new or hoax, stay tuned - at least til someone translates the Morse code.
