With Wargaming.net now owning Gas Powered Games and picking up the Total Annihilation IP during Atari’s auction of licenses, the situation is set up for Chris Taylor to make a proper sequel to Total Annihilation, his notable real-time strategy game.
Uber Entertainment, formed by many of Taylor’s Total Annihilation team, is currently working on the Kickstarter-funded Planetary Annihilation, a spiritual sequel to Taylor’s game.
Taylor himself recently attempted a Kickstarter drive for Wildman, which failed to get funding.
