Bossa Studios has added a new update for their wild “surgery” simulator Surgeon Simulator 2013, which adds two zero-gravity procedures, including brain and kidney surgery.
In addition, the update also includes 18 new space-based achievements, as well as an alternate reality game called Codename: Trisha, which the Steam community has been following and slowly solving on the official forum here.
