CCP has revealed World of Darkness will face the light for the first time at this year’s Eve Online Fanfest. CCP CEO Hilmar Veigar Pétursson confirmed the vampire-based MMO is being played internally and will make a fleeting appearance at April’s event.
Pétursson indicated the game is thriving after a recent refocusing.”It’s going on very nicely,” Pétursson told Eurogamer. ”A great example of focus and clearer priorities.”
”We’re playing it internally at CCP. It’s actually a problem that some of our employees are losing themselves already in the World of Darkness as we go through the playtests.”
“And we’ll be showing a tiny piece of that also at Fanfest. So that is all I have to say about that at this time.”
Good news for those looking forward to World of Darkness, especially as the game nearly plummeted towards the depths of never getting a release.
