A unique survival guide is on its way to Xbox Live Arcade, PlayStation Network and PC via Steam as 505 Games announce How to Survive, which is an action-adventure set on a remote archipelago.
We’re told there’ll be robust crafting, a host of playable characters, and of course zombies. To survive we need the bare essentials as well as tools and weapons to fend off the shuffling hordes.
We can team up with other players in both local and online multiplayer to increase our chances, playing through a story campaign or undertaking challenges.
”Featuring a robust crafting system, unique survival guide and a host of playable characters, How to Survive strands players on a remote archipelago off the coast of Colombia in the aftermath of an unexplained accident … but you’re not alone. In order to survive, you must fulfil the most basic of needs - seeking out food, water and shelter, as well as crafting dozens of tools and weapons from fishing rods to Molotov cocktails. Players can also team up with other survivors in local and online multiplayer story and challenge modes to take on a growing array of the infected.”
How to Survive is developed by EKO Studios and is due out this autumn.
