Stardock has announced that The Dead World DLC is now available for their 4X fantasy game Fallen Enchantress: Legendary Heroes. The DLC is available from Stardock directly or Steam for $4.99 USD.
The Dead World introduces a new faction, Empire of the Dead, which has certain similarities to the Zerg in StarCraft. According to Stardock, ”Instead of relying on food like mortals, undead empires spread cemeteries, mausoleums, and the bodies of slain enemies to grow their population.”
In addition to new hero units, the expansion features a new, secret-laden hand-crafted map, undead casters with new spells, some of which drain life force and others raise undead armies.
