Michael Dorn played Worf, the heroic Kingon with the snazzy sash, in Star Trek: The Next Generation. Now he’ll voice Swamp Thing in Turbine’s DC MOBA Infinite Crisis.
The studio has released a developer video with Dorn explaining some of Swamp Thing’s backstory, and explaining his process for voicing the heroic bundle of moss.
It’s good to see old Swampy in Infinite Crisis – he’s yet another DC superhero that’s been elevated way beyond your usual comic-book heroics by the peerless Alan Moore. He’s also a bit of an interesting visual departure from traditional spandex-and-tights superheroes, resembling as he does something you might find at the back of the fridge during your bi-annual defrosting.
