Developers L3O Interactive have released a free update for their 4X space strategy game Horizon today. The update contains several changes designed to “make the game more challenging”, as well as improvements suggested by the community.
In a press release accompanying the update, L30 listed the main changes. You can see the full list on the game’s Steam community page.
Important Update Notes Include:
UPDATED: Improved fleet managing A.I. for attacks, or rallying to defend a system
UPDATED: Rebalanced economy and race relations
UPDATED: Improved UI
ADDED: French language now supported
ADDED: A new refit system is added to more easily change the design of existing ships
ADDED: New UI icons added making it easier to distinguish surveyed planets
Released last month, Horizon is a turn-based space-strategy game in which players control a human expeditionary fleet, exploring the galaxy while interacting and clashing with rival alien species. It’s currently on a weeklong deal on Steam at a 33% discount.
