With the behemoth that is Fallout 4 looming ever closer on the horizon, Bethesda has started talking about what players can expect from its post-launch content. Which means they’ve announced the inevitable Season Pass.
They don’t actually know what’s going in it yet, but still. The first pieces of DLC will apparently start dropping in early 2016, and Bethesda promises that if you splash out on the $30 Season Pass, the content you’ll get ”will be worth at least $40”.
Players will also receive ”regular free updates” adding new features and mechanics: ”For Skyrim we added things like mounted combat, legendary mode, kill cams, visual enhancements and more. We’ll work with all of you to figure out what new things you’d love to see added to Fallout 4, whether they are small tweaks or new features,” the studio promises.
Finally, Bethesda will release the Fallout 4 Creation Kit for the PC early next year, which will let modders loose on the same tools that the developers themselves use.
Fallout 4 is out this November 10.
