Amazing! Ubisoft opens their E3 2015 conference with the reveal of an ”all-new” RPG in the South Park universe, and this time it’s focused on the boys’ alter egos as superheroes. Ubisoft San Francisco is working on the game.
New Kid now gets to explore their origins as a superhero. A trailer quickly explains how Cartman wants the ‘best game ever’ and won’t except anything less than a ‘95 on Gamespot’.
”Players will delve into the crime-ridden underbelly of South Park with Coon and Friends. This dedicated group of crime fighters was formed by Eric Cartman whose superhero alter-ego, The Coon, is half man, half raccoon. As the New Kid, players will join Mysterion, Toolshed, Human Kite, Mosquito, Mint Berry Crunch and a host of others to battle the forces of evil while Coon strives to make his team the most beloved superheroes in history.”
South Park: The Fractured But Whole is Matt Stone and Trey Parker’s latest. They’re not working with Obsidian Entertainment but Ubisoft San Francisco. It’s coming to PC and console.
